Channels #

  • #general - Company-wide announcements
  • #random - Non-work chat, fun stuff
  • #dev - Development discussions
  • #support - Customer support topics

Best Practices #

  1. Use threads - Keep conversations organized
  2. @mention sparingly - Only tag people who need to see it
  3. Set status - Let people know when you're away
  4. Async first - Don't expect immediate responses

Meetings #

We keep meetings to a minimum. When we do meet:

  • Always have an agenda
  • Start and end on time
  • Document decisions and action items

Remember: A meeting without an outcome is just a conversation. Make sure there's a clear purpose.
